Acceptable Use Policy — TalkToPlanB

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using TalkToPlanB (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow this AUP.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service to create, send, store, share or solicit any content or conduct that:

is illegal under any applicable law, or facilitates illegal activity;
involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities;
harasses, threatens, bullies, defames, or incites violence or hatred against any person or group;
is fraudulent, deceptive, or a scam, including phishing or attempts to obtain others' credentials or personal data;
distributes malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation;
constitutes spam or unsolicited bulk or commercial messaging; or
harvests or collects other users' data without authorisation.

2. Security and integrity

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems; probe or test the vulnerability of the Service without permission; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or circumvent rate limits or access controls.

3. API and automation

If you use our developer API or MCP server, you must comply with all rate limits, keep your API keys confidential, and must not use automation to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages. We may throttle, suspend or revoke API access at any time to protect the Service.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove or disable access to content, suspend or terminate accounts or API keys, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities, where we believe this AUP has been breached or where necessary to protect the Service, its users, or the public.

5. Reporting abuse

To report content or behaviour that violates this AUP, email leejianming.uob@gmail.com with details (such as the account, room, and approximate time). We will review reports and take appropriate action.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
